Amended Article V Added Section G: Orientation
By Council Majority Vote

All Initiates of the Saints3G Community will be required to attend an Initiate's Orientation Training Course (IOTC) within three months of their acceptance into the community. This program is designed to orient the new member on the programs and policies of the Saints3G, and familiarize them with the service structure of this community, including but not limited to officers, councilors, and administrators.

Pre-existing Initiates (prior to the ratification of Article V, Section G) will be given three months notice and will be required to take the IOTC course.

Waivers for this requirement can be considered by the Council on a case by case basis. Requests for waivers should be made during the application process. Any Initiates who fail to complete the IOTC within the allotted time, without a reasonable excuse, will have their membership closed without prejudice. The individual then can reapply, and seek membership again, if they so desire. If an individual fails to complete the IOTC after their second attempt, he/she will not be permitted to have their membership approved without a direct meeting with either an Administrator or the Recruitment Division Commander.

re: Constitutional Amendments & Revision History

7/18/15
Amended Article V: Recruitment Process, Sections A & E
By: Council Vote 7-0

Section A: Recruitment Process
Every person aged 13 and older are who wishes to be a member is required to submit an application via the Apply to Guild link on our website. The application will then be promptly reviewed and then followed by either acceptance, denial, or closure (in the event that no response from said applicant is received within 14 days). S3G's recruitment is perpetual, meaning that we are always looking to recruit new Christian players. We have no population cap.

Section E: Minors
Members with children aged 12 and under may include their children as Cadets in S3G under their supervision. Cadets differ from Members in that they do not have to be saved (as they are still children) and they do not fill out an application or use the forums. Cadets are permitted to use TeamSpeak and to join our in-game guilds but the Cadet must abide by our Code of Conduct rules and the parent is responsible for the Cadet's actions. Cadets are only permitted Cadet status so long as their parent/guardian remains an active member of S3G. Cadets are to be clearly marked as such on both TeamSpeak and in the Game Guild. Members must request permission from a Councilor to enroll their child in the Cadet program.

Section E: Minors
Members with minor children under the age of 15 may include their children as Cadets in S3G under their supervision. Cadets differ from Members in that they do not have to have a salvation testimony and they do not fill out an application or use the forums. Cadets are encouraged to apply for full membership when they meet all requirements (13+) and when their parent/guardian approves. This program is only for children under the age of 15. Cadets who have reached their 15th birthday have a 90 day transitional period wherein they must decide either to apply for full membership or be else be removed from the program, losing access to guild operations.
