Smoothies are healthier for you! Also, I am lactose intolerant so I can't have milkshakes, so smoothies win!!

I like smoothies, but I tend to drink milkshakes more, my favorite of which are locally made Oreo/chocolate custard milkshakes.

Milkshakes, never had a smoothie, only the milk fatiest milkshakes as well for that smooth creamy taste, its delicious and if it shortens my lifespan, that just means i get to see heaven sooner :D course im a fan of dark chocolate and coffee so mocha milkshakes with little sugar and as much milk lipid as can be fit in there is my preference. (fat filled diet ftw)

Best milkshakes in the world: Steak & Shake chocolate malts. With the stainless steel container served alongside the tall glass, so you can claim the extra after you've finished off what's in the glass.

That's how they used to serve them at Bob's Big Boy, when I was a teen. Many moons ago.

Milkshakes are good if not too sweet, but smoothies are amazing if made with real fruit.

i have been to a bobs big boy, i believe there is still at least one out in california. nice place, too bad they are pretty much gone. hope its still there, it was like over years ago.
