Looking for a game with a high playerbase that allows
you to loot some or all of a players items when u pk
them. I don't care about graphics or even if it is
browser based. Any suggestions?

yup, GW2 in WvWvW combat will allow you to "loot" enemy player corpses (though the person you loot does not actually lose any items, their corpses simply are lootable just like a mobs)
PS. this should not be in the prayer requests forum.......

Full Loot, free for all pvp mmorgs,
Darkfall, and Darkfall: Unholy Wars which is coming out in November, and Mortal Online for the fantasy genre

I concur EVE is great in this area. If memory serves EVE is one of the best sandbox PVP games out there. Loot and all.

Yeah in DayZ if you kill another player
or zombies kill them
or they die from one of the other many ways you can die in that game
and you are able to safely get to their corpse
all their gear is up for grabs.

Darkfall, EVE, Mortal Online, Asheron's Call (if I recall correctly on Darktide server). Darkfall is soon to release a complete rebuild of their game. However, it will still be open world pvp with full loot, as I understand it.
