Entry Seven: Love
1 John 4:20 (NIV)
"Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or a sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.
What is love? Well, love is the will to bring good to someone, even if there is no benifit for you. Here, the Lord says that if you do not love people, you would be a liar if you said that you loved God. Since we are to love others the way Jesus has loved us, we must do what He says in John 13:34:
"A new command I give to you: Love one another. As I have loved you, you just love one another."
In 1 John 4:11-12, God says that since God loves us, we should love other people and that even though they haven't seen God, they will see the love of God in us. If you have something against someone, you better solve the issue as soon as possible. To love God, you must also love other people, even the ones who don't love us. Jesus does say in Luke 6:35 that loving our enemies will get us a great reward because we would be loving them like how God does.
So here's the statement. In terms of love, it's all; or nothing (God and people; or no one). Your choice.

Entry Six: Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit of God. A person in the Trinity and arrived to the Earth on the day of Pentecost (Acts). But what is the Holy Spirit? That's the wrong question. The true question is: "Who is the Holy Spirit?"
The Holy Spirit is a person in the Trinity, and gives gifts to all who seek God. On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came upon the household ad they all spoke in the gift of tongues (Acts 2:4). Shortly in the Chapter, the people outside say that they had to much wine (Acts 2:13); but Peter says that they are not drunk as they think they are (Acts 2:15). Meaning that they are drunk in the Hoy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit also gives us discernment. Sometimes you just know right off the bat what is right and wrong and easily make the right decisions. Sometimes the Holy Spirit can make you feel what is right and wrong. I have been in (or near) buildings that are specified for false religions and they make me feel empty inside (refer to when you were a kid and you had to go with your mom or dad to an office and you were bored to death).
The Holy Spirit also is reponsible for some miracles said in the Bible. Mary becoming pregnant (Matthew 1:20) and the Holy Spirit can... More

Entry Five: Life...
Have you ever had to something big in your life that involved you changing? Like moving to a different country, or having to end a friendship? We all have a time in our lives where we must change. It may be hard on our own; but if we trust God that he will help us to change and that good will come out if it, everything will be alright.
Jesus said in Matthew 18:3-"And he said; "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Jesus means that we must love him like children and have enthusiasm for him that children would have for their dad coming home from work. Some members here being adults, change to this may be difficult. But if you trust God to help you change and you love Him with all your heart, you will change the way Jesus wants you to.
I have a friend who's brother joined the Air Force. It was a change for him because he had to do all of the training that regular people aren't used to, like running incredibly far distances, going through gas training, learning how to fire a gun quickly, etc. That change is big; but not impossible. My point is that some change we can do on our own; but most changes we can't... More

Entry Four: We Walk By Faith And Not By Sight
“We walk by faith and not by sight.” I like that saying. Faith is a very strong thing to have. Some people may ask: “What is faith?” Well, faith has different definitions for many people; but the true definition should be that faith is not believing that God can; but it is knowing that God will. I know. Heavy and true, isn't it?
Faith is used many times in the miracles and healing that Jesus gave. Especially the one with the blind guy by the road that gets called by Jesus and is asked if He wants to be healed. The guy says yes, so Jesus says that his faith has healed him. Faith is a very strong thing, especially word of faith.
Words of faith are words that are spoken with absolute certainty. There are two types of words of faith: words of life and words of death. For example, if you say that you will get a Ferrari being completely sure that you will get it, you will get that Ferrari. Words of faith have happened in the past (trust me, it has).
Earlier, I said that “We walk by faith and not by sight.” That means that we live knowing about what we don't see and that God will protect us in ANY circumstance. For example, you have faith the the Holy... More

Entry Three: Throughout the year
Have you ever noticed that a day goes by and that day will never happen again? I've thought of that several times. As we (in reference to my fellow guild members) move through the year, we get more and more anticipated to play SW:TOR. That has probably been said before; but it's just the thing that can be repeated.
Bible
This past week or two, I came across a great website* for the Creation vs. Evolution battle. What is most likely God's timing (I don't believe in a coincidence) is that I came across an article about the continents drifting during the Flood of Noah. It's funny because that past week I was wondering if it were possible.
Guild
I feel welcome for being with my fellow guild members. Some have needs to pray for and yet, some don't have needs at all and help others. It seems like we're more than just friends. It feels that we're family (like the song). And although I had already lead a guild, I lookedound at other guilds (just for curiosity) and then I found this guild. I was amazed that not only did I find a Christian-based guild; but that it had over 300 members! I looked into it more and more and decided to join and leave my previous guild. I see that I made a... Entry Two: Progress
As me and my guild wait for more updates and preorder info for The Old Republic, we all get excited and take aim for what is going to happen. As I brouse the forums, word comes up of how TOR is available for preorder on certain websites. Thus, making me excited and anticipated.
Bible
As I attend youth group and my church, I learn many things that change my life. While I was up at the RAMP, I see others worshiping and I realize that worship is not just some spiritual singing to God; but that it is giving glory to God with all of the love and sincerity and your heart. I also learned in my youth group that God does evrything in seasons since evrything does happen in season (refer to Ecclesiastes 3:1-8).
Guild
This guild has felt more like family and friends than any guild I've ever joined. Everyone cares for each other, we don't insult or use language, and we do not promote evil. And the love my fellow guild members show for the Lord God Almighty makes me feel honered to be in this guild. I highly doubt that I will leave this guild ever.
If you have any questions, please post them in the topic for The Legofanatic Times.

Entry One: Overview
I'm very excited as development increases for Star Wars: The Old Republic! As I spend time in this guild, I begin to feel closer to the other members. It makes me in an "Ugh" state because I'm going longer and longer with no release date for the game. The fact that I will be playing with over three hundered born-again Christians makes me happy because I won't have to orry about language use and I will be encouraged by the other guild members. My only previous experience in MMO's are Lego Univeres, Club Penguin and Lord of the Rings Online. They got boring because of the lack of features and following the one story/missions line. I'm hoping that SWTOR is much different (in a positive way) than those. As I work toward promotions, I try to aim at being a squad leader(possibly the one that I mentioned in the "Spying on the Empire" Forum.
Get ready as we all wait for the release of the game!
