I didn't either, until I heard about Asajj Ventress. Apparently, that's sort of her signature form. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Asajj_Ventress

Wow, thats neat. I guess that Asajj just isnt very good at the true two sabered version of Makeshi. I picture it being much more calm and controlled, like Count Dooku with two lightsabers.
